The Cars and Cowboys event will be held rain or shine; all ticket sales are final.  

SYV Meals on Wheels reserves the right to cancel due to adverse weather conditions or emergency.  

In the case of the event’s cancellation, refunds will be issued in full. 

We do not allow animals on the show field, aside from service animals with certificates, for the safety of our guests, horses and vehicles.
